From 20/04/20 (included): Collection of keys in the Office of Apartamentos3000 on Canillo - Pas Highway (SOLDEU) General Road 2, at the turnoff to the Incles Valley. Casa Jan del Sastre building, ground floor, next to the La Roda mechanical workshop (with a large Michelin sign).
Check in Time: From 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, after hours check always before.

Late arrival supplements:
- Deliveries of keys until 23:00 free of charge
- Delivery of keys from 23:01 to 01:00 hours supplement of 20 € direct payment upon arrival
- Delivery of keys from 01:00 hours supplement of 35 € direct payment upon arrival
Included in the price: Entrance cleaning, heating, bed linen (weekly change at reception), towels, TV, basic kitchenware and rational use of water, gas and electricity.
Not included in the price: They do not have tablecloths and kitchen towels.

Apartamentos Sapporo 3000 is an apartment complex located 50 m from the centre of Pas de la Casa in Andorra. It is in front of the ski runs, ski lifts and ski pass offices that serve the whole Grandvalira skiing area.
Apartamentos Sapporo 3000 welcomes pets on request (small supplementary charge) and is the perfect choice when travelling to Andorra with your pet. The apartments have heating in every room.
These Pas de la Casa apartments are close to shops, bars, restaurants, a chemist and ski hire/skiing equipment shops.
The Apartamentos Sapporo 3000 complex consists of fully-furnished, functional apartments with heating that are cosy in both winter and summer. The sleeping arrangements consist of a bedroom/box room with beds for two guests (2 single beds, 1 double bed or bunk beds).
The apartments can accommodate up to 6 people and have a kitchenette with sufficient kitchenware for maximum occupancy of the apartment, electric or ceramic hobs, an electric coffee maker, toaster, fridge-freezer, oven or microwave. They have a full bathroom with bathtub or shower and a hair dryer.
The sleeping arrangements depend on the apartment capacity:
2/4 apartments: 1 sofa-bed for 2 people and 1 box room for 2 people (bunk beds).
3/5 apartments: 2 sofa-beds for 3 people and 1 box room for 2 people (bunk beds).
4/6 apartments: 1 sofa-bed for 2 people, 1 box room for 2 people (bunk beds) and 1 double room (2 beds, either double bed or bunk beds).
