Late arrival supplements:

- Key deliveries until 23 pm without charge.

- Key delivery from 23:01 to 00:59 hours supplement of 20 € direct payment upon arrival.

- Delivery of keys from 01:00 hours supplement of 35 € direct payment upon arrival.

Included in the price: Cleaning of entrance, bed linen (weekly change at reception), towels, TV, basic kitchen utensils and rational consumption of water, gas and electricity.

Related with Covid-19, the accommodation will provide services prioritizing the safety of guests and employees. For this reason, some services may be provided differently or may not be provided in order to ensuring that the guest enjoys a safe stay. In the event that any accommodation does not provide any service in for security reasons, no compensation will be given to the guest. Deposit:

- November 16 to April 20: a deposit of 150 euros per apartment is requested upon arrival (by card).

- April 19 to November 15: a deposit of 90 euros per apartment is requested upon arrival (by card).

GENERAL CANCELLATION EXPENSES:

FLEXIBLE RATE

Between 15 and 3 days before the day of arrival, 30% of the total amount of the reservation.

2 days or less before the day of arrival or no show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

NON REFUNDABLE RATE

100% of expenses for cancellation or modification from the moment of the reservation confirmation.

Different cancellation fees may apply for special rates.
