The Gandía Grau y Playa Apartments 3000 are located in several locations in Gandía. One is located on the second line of the beach and the other is 300 meters from it. They are located in the vicinity of the Gandia Playa 3000 Center Apartments and in front of the Albatros de Gandía hotel.

The vast majority of these apartments are located within the Mikonos V Apartments Complex, just in front of the Carrefour Market.

The Gandía train station is just over 4 km away, the Valencia airport less than 1 hour away and the Alicante airport just over 150km away, with easy connections.

The Gandía Grau y Playa Apartments 3000 have 1, 2 or 3 double bedrooms with a sofa bed in the living room, which can accommodate up to 8 people in each unit. The rooms may have a double bed or two single beds. Please feel free to indicate your preferences however, the layout of your apartment will not be confirmed until arrival.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen open to the living-dining room with washing machine, oven, microwave, hot plate, fridge and TV in the living room. The apartment is equipped with the adequate furnishings according to the capacity of each unit and enough for a holiday stay.

The 1 and 2 bedroom apartments have a full bathroom, while the 3 bedroom apartments have a full bathroom and toilet, making them perfect for families.

Bed linen is provided for all tenants. However, no kitchen cloths, tablecloths or towels are provided.

The Gandía Grau y Playa Apartments 3000 have a communal pool in the building and a terrace to enjoy your holidays in Gandía.

They also have parking spaces available upon request and upon availability. It is recommended to book in advance.

The apartments allow animals, so they are ideal if you would like travel with your pet to the beach.

Located just in front of the Carrefour market, these apartments have all the necessary services nearby. Just in front of the residential Mikonos V is a pharmacy, as well as several restaurants and cafes.

The University of Gandía is located very close to these apartments, as well as the port of Gandía, a place where visitors can enjoy true gastronomic delights.
